Same here i had 3 accounts comprimised on the 15th and now 1 is still closed and other 2 were allowed to be reopened by the person who hacked them afew days later , all i want for the moment is them relocked but im not even getting that ... they need to speed this up , i think im gonna have to ring em before my characters get traded

You're saying CCP gave the account back to the one who hacked it? Since accounts are not tradeable CCP would give the account to the one and only owner (contact through his email adress, etc). Highly unlikely you would not get the account if you are the legetimate owner.
Other than that: Can you imagine how many accounts have been hacked and how much work is involved to reverse all transactions and sales on just one single account?
Your position is unfortunate, but it will take as long as it does.
Its highly possible as 1st thing the hacker did was log ono eve-o forum while i was at work and he changed my accounts email address which locks me out of my account completely.
So now i cant even cancel subs fr those 2 accounts tough the website only through my bank while some ******* plays my 2 accounts until ccp do something about it(track the ips's for instance and that would instantly show im the owner) i got th accounts originaly locked just beore my 3rd accounts email addy was changed hence it still being locked . i dunno i just feel horribly let down

CCP still knows what the original email was. I'm pretty sure the account is locked down and GMs are dealing with it. If you're the original owner it WILL be sortetd out. You paying while not beeing able to play sucks, but it could be worse. Don't cry over spilled milk and have patience. Nothing more can be said. Best of luck.
You misunderstand 1st thing that was done to 2 of my 3 accounts was from the get go the email addy's in account management were changed so by default the reactivation emails were sent to the hackers email addy , and thats how he reactivated my 2 accounts which i am now paying for and have been for the last week or so while he moved them to a new corp and is doing god knows what with em like RMT etc , i just want them relocked . Thanks for wishing me luck however

all i would like is some clear communications and guidelines. being unable to play is a ****ter, and yes it sucks that my account is loosing skilling and gameplay time which i know i will not get back, but all i want is some communication.
